In cooperation with the City of Culver City, you are invited to the third Community Meeting regarding the redevelopment of property located at 12727 W Washington Blvd and 12750 Zanja St.

The Project occupies a full city block bounded by Washington Boulevard, Meier Street and Zanja Street. Bastion Development Corp (applicant) is proposing to redevelop the 57,342 sf commercial/residential site (33,858 sf is located in Culver City and 23,484 sf is located in the City of Los Angeles) into a mixed-use Project containing 144 apartment units, 19,100 sf of retail space over 2 levels of subterranean parking. Preliminary Project plans also consider over 5,000 sf of landscaped open space for public use.
The Project will utilize incentives provided for in the Culver City Community Benefits Program as well as the California State Density Bonus Law. These incentives will include 19 affordable apartments in the project.
